Refunds & Returns Policy
1) No refunds or returns
All sales made through our apps and websites are final. Because access is delivered immediately, we do not provide refunds, returns, or pro-rated credits.
2) App store purchases
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, taxes, and any refund considerations are governed by the respective store’s terms. Manage or cancel your subscription directly in your device account settings.
3) Cancellations
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current term. You retain access until the end of your billing period (including any free-trial period, if applicable).
4) Free trials & promotions
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial expires. Promotional pricing and limited-time offers are non-refundable.
5) Billing issues & unauthorized charges
- Review your subscriptions in your App Store/Google Play account.
 - Submit any billing dispute through the same store you used to purchase.

6) Service availability
We strive for reliable service. Temporary outages or maintenance windows do not qualify for refunds or credits.
7) Legal rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or platform terms in your region. Where a refund is required by law or app store policy, we will follow that process.
